If this had been done by a German motoring publication it’d be the other way around, probably maybe. Because Porsche accidentally only lends them cars stacked with go-fast options. Thats how the 991.2 Carrera S went around the Nordschleife as fast as the 991.1 GT3, and even faster around the Hockenheim short Circuit.

I refuse to believe that the ‘17 Carrera can be anywhere near as entertaining or rewarding to drive as a 9,000 rpm naturally aspirated GT3.
